1. Service Description

We provide vehicle weighing services (Weigh Bridge). The "Service" constitutes the calculation of Gross, Tare, and Net weight of vehicles and the issuance of a weight ticket.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. You agree to pay the fees associated with the weighing service prior to or immediately upon service delivery. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Accuracy of Data

While we ensure the calibration of our machines is up to statutory standards, the customer is responsible for positioning the vehicle correctly on the platform. We are not liable for errors caused by improper vehicle positioning or driver negligence.

4. Limitation of Liability

SRI KRISHNA WEIGHING HOME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our weight reports. Our maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific weighing transaction.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu.

At Sri Krishna Weighing Home, we value your trust. This policy outlines how we handle your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Vehicle Registration Number
• Driver/Owner Name
• Phone Number (for billing/SMS receipts)
• Transaction details (Amount, Date)

2. How We Use Information

Your data is used solely for:

• Generating weight tickets and invoices.
• Maintaining statutory records required by legal metrology.
• Contacting you regarding payment issues.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Payment information (Card details/UPI IDs) is processed directly by our payment gateway partners and is not stored on our servers.

1. Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our service (immediate vehicle weighing), orders cannot be cancelled once the vehicle has been weighed and the ticket generated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following specific scenarios:

• Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for a single transaction.
• Service Failure: If payment is deducted but the weight ticket could not be generated due to a technical error on our end.

3. Processing Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/Card/Wallet).

4. Non-Refundable Items

Once a weight ticket is printed/generated, the service is considered "consumed," and no refund requests will be entertained regarding the weight values displayed.
